Better Appraisal Guarantee

THE ASK: Boost awareness of Better Mortgage's new feature, Appraisal Guarantee, that increases the chances of homebuyers' offers being accepted.

THE CHALLENGE: Create a co-branded email and landing page that balances the NerdWallet tone of voice and point of view with Better’s. Balance the promotional aspect of this campaign while providing value to our users.

THE RESULT: An email and landing page written in the playful, nerdy voice that educates our users about the home appraisal process and why Better’s offer can benefit them.


VETERANS UNITED home loans

THE ASK: Create a branded sponsored email to highlight Veterans United as a mortgage lender for homebuyers that are veterans, active duty service members, and/or eligible reservists. The email was sent to the NerdWallet review page. 

THE CHALLENGE: Differentiating Veterans United from other VA loan lenders.

THE RESULTS: Both the original and resend got a 38% open rate, +14% higher than comparable blast comms. After the email’s success, Veterans United wanted to expand their partnership with a customized landing page where we sent an updated email to.
